Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the c6666 Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display publicly, or create derivative works of any c6666 content without prior written consent from c6666. Any unauthorised use of c6666 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c6666 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the c6666 Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session progress, losses resulting from technical malfunctions, losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform, or losses arising from interruption of service.

c6666 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation of the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, and circumstances beyond c6666's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. c6666 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise service disruptions and to restore full service as promptly as practicable.

c6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by c6666.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months — dormancy fees may apply as detailed in the Account settings.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court instruction, or regulatory directive requiring account restriction.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their c6666 Account may do so by contacting c6666 support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
